No cookie-cutter advice—just real insight when you’re in good company.

With deep experience building brands, programming, content, events, and marketing made for women, I help founders grow early-stage businesses without perfection, burnout, or doing it all alone. Because good businesses are built by good-ish women.

How is this different from other masterminds or business coaching programs?
Good Company was built to feel nothing like the polished, gatekept mastermind experience you might be picturing. It's also a unique combination of community-driven learning and individual support, so everything truly aligns to your own brand.
No gatekeeping, no jargon, no surface-level advice. You get real strategy and real talk — the kind of insight that's usually reserved for rooms you'd need a huge budget or the "right" connections to get into.
A seasoned marketer, not a theorist. Antoinette brings marketing strategy forged at the unicorn-startup level and translates it into what actually works for small, women-owned businesses — no fluff, no one-size-fits-all playbooks borrowed from a completely different scale of business.
Built by someone who knows how to build community with women. Antoinette has spent nearly 15 years creating communities for women. She understands what authentic commitment and connection actually look like in a group setting, so the mastermind isn't just content delivery — it's real relationships that tend to outlast the program itself.
Accessible by design. From the application process to the pricing to the format, this program is built so that founders in earlier seasons of business can access the same caliber of strategy and support as brands with bigger budgets.
I'm not a fan of online communities — is there anything in person?
First off, this isn't your mama's online group. Expect these weekly sessions to be deeply engaging, dynamic, and genuinely something you look forward to — not a Slack channel that goes quiet after week two. And since this program is intentionally kept to a small size, you'll get real attention on your questions and feedback, plus the chance to actually get to know the women in your group and learn from them. Every participant also has the opportunity for dedicated “workshop” time where you receive live feedback from the community during a weekly meeting.
On top of that, the program isn't purely virtual: you'll attend in-person half-day mini retreat at the midpoint (Friday, November 6 at Revival Wellness Studio) to connect face-to-face and go deeper and select Friday morning office hours with Antoinette are in-person as well.
What exactly is the half-day retreat at Revival?
It's intentional space for long-term visionary planning — the kind you always say you need but can never seem to make time for. We'll gather at the gorgeous space that is Revival — you'll feel relaxed and inspired from the moment you walk in the door. We'll start with lunch, then dedicate focused time to your H2 vision: the founder-level work you rarely get the chance to prioritize.
Then we'll shift into the afternoon to unwind and decompress. You'll select wellness sessions to enjoy, so you leave not just mentally inspired, but physically refreshed too.
Do I need to have reached a certain level of financial success for this program?
No — there's no specific revenue cutoff or benchmark you need to hit. We do ask you to share revenue in your application, but that's simply so we can understand the stage of your business and the resources you're working with, not to screen for a "success level."
That said, this program is ideal for women who've already built a foundation for their business and are looking to grow. What that growth looks like is different for everyone — it might mean more programming, products, or revenue. It might mean growing your team or support system. It might mean stepping into a more confident leadership role. Or it might mean finally growing an untapped part of your business you haven't had the space to focus on.
What is the commitment like?
You'll get the most out of Good Company if you show up for the weekly Tuesday night group meetings (7:00–8:30 PM) — that's where the coaching, collaboration, and momentum happen. Beyond that:
A 1:1 kickoff consult before the program starts (about an hour).
One in-person half-day retreat, Friday, November 6, 12-4PM at Revival Wellness Studio.
Real, active participation. You will have the opportunity to workshop your business plan, strategy, program or whatever is most top of mind for you, at least once with the group.
Ongoing 1:1 support from Antoinette as you’re always able to so sign up for a check-in during “office hours.”
What kind of things will I work on or accomplish?
You'll walk into 2027 with real clarity — on your goals, your brand story, and the strategy behind both. Specifically, you can expect to:
Get unstuck on your specific pain points. Through 1:1 work with Antoinette and group workshops built around your actual business, you'll work through the challenges that are unique to where you are right now.
Get the push to finally act — with a strategy behind it. Launch something new, make that change, hire the person you've been putting off — you'll leave with the inspiration, motivation, and a clear plan to move on what's been sitting on your list
Learn directly from industry leaders on topics like content, social media, community programming, and partnerships.
See how powerhouse D2C women's brands actually scale and stay profitable — and translate those strategies into moves you can make in your own business.
