hi.

I’m Antoinette—a writer, consultant, and coach obsessed with helping women-led brands grow, and creating content for women done being good. Welcome to my mini revolution.

my story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to be good. A good daughter, student, sister, friend. Later, a good mother, writer, and leader. It’s a drive that pushed me—and at times, nearly broke me.

It’s a trait, or maybe an innate urge, I see in so many fellow older millennial women. We were told we could do all the things, have all the opportunities, and be everything at once. In the quest to always be good, I realized I was hardly ever living good. Now, I strive for goodish. A solid type B-. The deranged Virgo in me still fights back, but even she can be tamed over time.

I invite other women to join me in this goodish revolution—to redirect the pressure to be perfect and embrace creativity, imperfection, and impact. Through the content I create and the stories I tell, I aim to inspire women to stop chasing “good” and start living good.

Before Goodish Media, I founded Mama Beasts, a stroller fitness program and community in the Boston area. What started as a small fitness class grew into a local movement supporting mothers’ fitness and mental health.

With no marketing budget, I expanded the program to multiple locations, eventually reaching thousands of women through in-person and virtual classes, 1:1 coaching, retreats, events, and online programs. Along the way, Mama Beasts was featured twice in The Boston Globe and became a trusted community for mothers navigating the early years of parenting.

Over the course of a decade, what began as a single fitness class evolved into a deeply loyal community and recognizable brand, generating multiple six-figure years in profitability while increasing revenue by more than 1,400%.

I later transformed Mama Beasts into a media brand, producing hundreds of articles, launching a podcast that featured NYT best-selling authors and leaders in women’s health, creating online programs, and securing advertisers—all while doubling our audience. This work allowed me to empower women during motherhood and midlife while constantly creating the projects I loved.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a reporter, writer, consultant, and public relations manager. Even in corporate roles, I was always chasing side projects, driven by a constant urge to create and connect with women audiences. My writing has been published by Conde Nast, including a Modern Bride article, featured on The Today Show. I’ve worked on in-house marketing teams for brands like Midi Health and Point32Health.

I bring this blend of corporate marketing expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and creative storytelling to every client I work with.

But beyond just business owners, I want all women to embrace the idea of goodish—it’s how ambition becomes sustainable, how we can take risks before we’re ready, how creativity won’t be stifled, how we tame our inner critics, and how we truly learn to live good.

my work

“Antoinette brings real-world experience from working in-house at major consumer brands, and she shares that knowledge so generously with her clients. It feels like getting access to a level of expertise and insight that most small businesses would never have otherwise, and she has a way of making it clear, approachable, and empowering.

She’s the real deal. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!”
